The primary account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Sports betting markets, odds, and available matches are subject to change without notice. In-play betting is offered on selected markets. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided. Mix Parlay bets are subject to specific combination and minimum odds rules set out in the sports betting section of the platform.
Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to exploit or manipulate game outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. QB838 actively monitors for irregular betting patterns and cooperates with relevant authorities where applicable.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by QB838 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds can be transferred to the Real Money balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 35x depending on the promotion. Players are strongly encouraged to check the specific rollover for each bonus before claiming it.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. As a general guide:

QB838 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or QB838's legitimate interests.
Upon termination for cause, QB838 may withhold or forfeit all or part of the account balance, including Real Money Funds, where this is proportionate to the breach. In cases where no breach has been identified, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.
